Juniors is a multi-disciplinary creative studio.
Our work revolves around graphics and identity, products and packaging, motion graphics and kinetic animations, photography and videography, websites and social experiences. We believe the most impactful work is created in the face of opposing forces. Old/new, tradition/modern, masculine/feminine, ornate/minimal, physical/digital. Our process follows suit: a tension of intellect and intuition.
We provide boutique quality and detail by taking an integrated approach, focusing on end-to-end brand building that includes strategy, verbal and visual identity, content and creative communications. We specialize in key inflection points—from helping companies take a thoughtful next step, to a total strategic reinvention.
We create breakthroughs with a combination of concept and craft. It all starts with an idea – from brand identity to motion graphics, packaging to verbal tone, we have the knowledge to develop and execute impactfull & exciting work for clients growing at every speed.
Our creative process will begin with a discovery phase where we invest time learning about the client, their product or service, target audience, and desired outcome. Moving forward we research and moodboard ideas – further solidifying the tone and direction.
Once our teams are all in alignment we begin our first round of creative – in most cases, working towards one visual solution. Then we present, gather feedback, and if needed, push the project further with a second round of creative. Effective communication is key. After the second and last presentation only minor adjustments, if any, should be required. Then the artwork will be readied for use; finalizing and packaging all print, digital, and mechanical files.
